Billing and Credit Card Information: You agree that you are the rightful owner of the Credit Card and /or Paypal account information that is being entered as payment. You agree that GotVacants.com may accept payment from your credit card holder. If payment does not go through your ad will not be posted and after several attempts, your registration and login will cancelled, due to possible fraud of credit card use. You are soley responsible for any charges by the credit card issuer, bank and /or financial institution, included but not limited to overdraft fees, and/or insufficient funds. You agree to waive your rights to any disputes with your credit card or paypal account. You agree that you will not dispute any charges with paypal or your credit card provider once you have placed your ad. Once you post your ad, the services have been provided that you have paid for. You may access your account to make changes to your ad, or to upgrades your options. Refunds will not be authorized, once you have paid for services. In the event that you dispute any fee’s paid, You will be responsible for all attorney cost and fee’s at the actual cost of GotVacants.com,Inc has paid in order to fight the case. Registration When you register for a new account you will receive a email with your email and password, you are solely responsible and liable for ensuring that your password and information is kept confidential. You agree that you will not give any third party access to your registration information. After use of logging into your account, you must log off to prevent any unauthorized use of your account. Breach of Security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you are made aware that there is unauthorized use of your account information.
