1. I cannot log in? On the sign in page, hit forgot my password to retrieve password, you will recieve and email.
2. How can get alerts of a new listing? When you search for a property, you can set alerts up at the bottom of the page, you will recieve alerts, anytime a new listing is entered that meets your search criteria.
3. How can i add a picture at a later time? Go to sign in and log into your account, my account, manage listings, then locate the property listing, scroll to the right, the hover mouse of the icons to find the add photos, then click on it to add your photo's.
4. My property has rented, how do place in as rented? Do the same as above, but click on the rented button, to make property show as rented.
5. How do i renew my add? Log into your account, same procedure as question 3, click on the renew ad option.
6. I am interested in a property, how do i contact the owner? you can email the owner by the contact button on the right or call the number in the add.
7. How do i post a new add, once i have registered? Log into your account, then on the upper right, click on post a post a ad.
8. When i go to recent ads in my account it shows me other peoples ads? Correct, it will show you all the ads recently posted, so that you can search within your account.
9. How can i view my email alerts? The will go to the email that you specified, or you can log into your account and view the email alerts.
10. Can i view how many people have viewed my ads? Yes, when you log into your account, click on statistics, from this you will be able to view the hits.
11. Can i save my searches? Yes, to view them, log into your account and view saved searches, it is located next to email alerts.
12. How do i contact you for more information? Click on the contact us button at the top right corner of page, next to header.
13. How do i change my account information? Login to your account and click on account info.
14. How do i view my order history? Login to your account and click on order history history.
15. How do i view my lisitng? Login and click on manage listings.
16. How to change the body or content of my add? Login and go to manage listings, locate the ad, scroll to the right of listing, click on edit.
