We are a family of 5, my husband and I with 3 small kids (9yrs, 4yrs, 15mo) looking for a 3bdrm home to rent in the Dunsmuir area. We really love the Dunsmuir school and would like to be able to keep our children at the elementary school. We are on fixed income, my husband is self-employed part time, I work part time, and we are in need of a place that will be $700 or less, if utilities are included in rent that would be ideal, but not a necessity. We also have 2 dogs, extremely well trained, who stay outdoors mostly and only come inside at night. We are excellent tenants, pay rent on time, quiet, non-destructive. We always try and leave our homes better than we found it. My husbands is a handy-man type and always completes fix-er-up projects where we live, increasing the value of the property. Our current home just no longer suits the needs of our growing family and we can provide written references from previous landlords upon request. We have never been evicted and are looking for a semi-permanent place to call home. We are settled in staying in the area until our kids are out of school at least....so for the next 18 years. Due to many of the places we have rented being sold, we have been in a position to have to move quite frequently and would just like a place to call home for a more long term period of time.
